A demonstration area / training room is set up with the trainer demonstrating the major features of your IP telephony system. This enables users to have a “look, see, play” and get a feel for the new solution.
IP Telephony training can be conducted for Cisco, Polycom or Telstra IP phones or in conjunction with Unified Communications training and/or Video Conferencing training.
