The End User training session ensures that every end user attending training is provided with the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully integrate, and operate all features of the new IP Telephony System into their daily work tasks.
IP Telephony training can be conducted for Cisco, Polycom or Telstra IP phones or in conjunction with Unified Communications training and/or Video Conferencing training.
