Newtech Solutions recognises the value of training and its impact on the success of Cisco or BroadSoft IP Telephony System implementation. Training plays a primary role in each phase of implementation.
Adoption, Usage and Change Management are key areas we address and include in our training sessions.
The Power User training session is an interactive session that covers various tips and techniques on your IP Telephony System. The intention is to take students beyond the basic features of the system (as covered in the End User Training) and introduce them to the advanced capabilities of their new system to enable them to feel confident to support and educate other staff members.
IP Telephony training can be conducted for Cisco, Polycom or Telstra IP phones or in conjunction with Unified Communications and/or Video Conferencing training.
