The Roaming Training session has been developed for companies that require staff to be trained at their workstations or in their own work environment. Our trainers ensure that all staff is provided with the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully integrate the Cisco or BroadSoft IP Telephony System into their daily work tasks.
Roaming training is highly recommended on “Go live” dates. Trainers will floor walk to ensure all users feel confident with their new IP Telephony system.
