Demonstration Training

Unified Communications is the integration of communication tools such as IP Telephony, Video conferencing, and Web conferencing, ultimately offering the end user the flexibility and freedom to communicate when, how and from wherever they want.  Users can connect, communicate, and collaborate directly from your desktop with rich multimedia Unified Communications services.

Unified Communication applications such as Microsoft Office Communicator, Cisco Unified Personal Communicator and Sametime helps you communicate and work more effectively with other company colleagues.   You can easily find team members or colleagues details and choose how you want to communicate with them.  You can let your colleagues know your Presence status, when you will be available, leave notes.

Adoption, Usage and Change Management are key areas we address and include in our training sessions.

A demonstration area / training room is set up with the trainer demonstrating the major features of your Unified Communications application. This enables users to have a “look, see, play” and get a feel for the new solution.

Unified Communications training can be conducted in conjunction with IP Telephony and/or Video Conferencing training.
