Our clients obtain the maximum benefit from their IP Telephony and Video Conferencing implementation through the utilisation of our extensive knowledge and expertise in IP Telephony and Video Conferencing.

By tapping into the experience gained through hands on face-to-face training delivery we are able to assist with the identification of the Business needs of our clients and work with them in determining their specific requirements for their new IP Telephony or Video Conferencing system. By identifying the clients’ needs we offer a total solution so the users are familiar with the systems’ functionalities of the system.

We distribute tailored surveys which focus on current company methods used in the organisation. Based on information received from these surveys we then conduct workgroup sessions with key stakeholders i.e., Receptionists; PA’s/Executives; IT Managers and Call Centre Key users. From these workgroup sessions we establish current and future business requirements and create a Business Requirements document. Decisions on which system and features within a system are best suited to your company’s needs are derived from the Business Requirements document.

Once the new IP telephony or Video Conferencing system has been implemented, a Training Needs Analysis is developed to determine the existing knowledge base and assists in assessing the requirements necessary to deliver an appropriate training program.

We coordinate projects, prepare schedules and facilitate a high quality of professionally delivered training, and facilitate with post training follow up.
