Quick Reference Guides for all applications and IP phones that are trained on can be created for End Customers. These guides are used in training and can be used as reference tool post training. Quick Reference Guides can be tailored to reflect specific features that will be covered in your system training for your rollout.
Soft copies of these guides can be placed on your intranet site for future use.
