Performing a training needs analysis is the first step in the training process, and is critical for a successful implementation. The purpose of a training needs analysis is to determine the most appropriate training solution. It is also used to identify current Company Policies and Procedures and to gain an understanding of the functionalities of the newly implemented system that are required for a successful Training Implementation.
Once all the data obtained from training needs analysis has been collected and analysed a training plan and schedule is implemented.
