Video Conferencing offers the natural communication experience of face-to-face meetings possible.
The Video Conferencing integrated system offers high performance HD team-meeting solutions enabling integration of audio and video and also the ability to easily share presentations and multimedia. Video Conferencing training can be conducted for Polycom, Cisco or Tandberg Video Conferencing or in conjunction with IP Telephony and/or Unified Communications training.
Adoption, Usage and Change Management are key areas we address and include in our training sessions.
A demonstration area / training room is set up with the trainer demonstrating the major features of the Video Conferencing system. This enables users to have a “look, see, play” and get a feel for the new solution.
Video Conferencing training can be conducted in conjunction with IP Telephony and Unified Communications training.
