Video Conferencing offers the natural communication experience of face-to-face meetings possible.
The Video Conferencing integrated system offers high performance HD team-meeting solutions enabling integration of audio and video and also the ability to easily share presentations and multimedia. Video Conferencing training can be conducted for Polycom, Cisco or Tandberg Video Conferencing or in conjunction with IP Telephony and/or Unified Communications training.
Adoption, Usage and Change Management are key areas we address and include in our training sessions.
The Power user training session is an interactive session that covers various tips and techniques on the Video Conferencing System. The intention is to take students beyond the basic features of the system (as covered in the End User Training) and introduce them to the advanced capabilities of their new system to enable them to feel confident to support and educate other staff members.
Video Conferencing training can be conducted in conjunction with IP Telephony and Unified Communications training.
