Course Outlines
Course Outlines which outline what is covered in the different training sessions Newtech Solutions offers are available to Customers. These course outlines are be beneficial to distribute to clients and staff advising them of the different training sessions available. Course outlines can be tailored to reflect specific features that will be covered in your system training for your rollout.
Get Started Documents
Get Started templates for each IP Phone model can be provided for each customer site. These documents describe the buttons on the relevant IP phone, Customer specific information and the Help Desk phone numbers. These documents can then be distributed with the phones when they are deployed to all End Users.
